It seems only yesterday that I Dreamt of creating a quality oriented management institute & established Institute of Productivity & Management in 1977.

Today, when we approach the milestone of celebrating 31 years of our inception & excellence, I suddenly realized the long journey we have taken. A journey of providing best possible education, a journey of grooming talented proffessional & above all a journey of trust. It is most satisying & hartening to see our students perform in the corporate world & touching new heights.

Our achievements are not the final destinations. They shall inspire us to march forward & tobe the best management institute.

Buzzling with population the world today has a great majority of this population with empty stomach. And hungry man cannot be free man.

To take the earth population out of this trap of hunger and thirst and to make it a better place for humanity to live, the poorest of the poor are to be guranteed the minimal meal.

To arrive at this end we need two important ingredients, peace and healthy business practices. To achieve peace we need sucessful deployment of human resource. In the long run which will ensure healthy business practices accross the globe. We at Institute of Porductivity Management for last 31 years are contributing towards this noble cause, by preparing young managers to take the challenges of making this planet a better place for humanity to live in.
